- You must be 21 years of age to adopt from CBR
- All pets currently living in your home MUST be fully vetted. This means your pet must be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and be taking monthly heartworm preventative. Your vet will be contacted by a CBR volunteer for verification.
- You must allow a CBR volunteer to conduct a home visit as part of the application process.
- We do not adopt out our boxers as gifts or surprises. Any person that will become part of our boxers life will need to take part in the adoption process.
- We require landlord approvals for any rental property.

The information that you provide in this application aides Coastal Boxer Rescue in determining which of our boxers best fits you, your family and your lifestyle.
Make sure to answer all questions as incomplete forms may not be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your form was received. Volunteers try their best to process applications within 7 days’ time.
Please be patient. CBR is strictly a volunteer organization, and our volunteers do have full-time jobs, families and normal life events to tend to on top of their volunteering efforts.
